Who has access to your new office? You do, of course. If you have a PA, they’re likely to as well. If you have any staff, whether senior or junior, they’re going to be able to come inside without much problem either.

Company equipment like work phones, tablets, and laptops, should be used for work purposes only. 

 

However, many people push the boundaries a bit here. Usually this isn’t too much of a problem, but once again you’ll need to keep track of how your assets are being used when you’re not looking. 

 

Track the physical location of these items, in case they get lost, and be sure to keep an eye on user behaviour. This includes internet search history and downloaded apps.
